Eight ways to stay healthy when you are unemployed

Being laid off is never an easy thing to go through. Not only do you have to deal with the financial stress of being out of work, but you also have to contend with the emotional fallout of suddenly losing your job. It can be hard to stay motivated during this time, but it's important to remember that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Here are four tips for finding a job after being laid off:

1. Stay positive and keep your head up.

It's easy to feel down when you've lost your job, but staying positive and believing in yourself is important. Remember that this is a temporary setback and that you will find another job. A positive attitude will help you stay motivated and focused on your job search.

2. Explore all your options.
